GRAHAM HILL

 

 

Graham Hill had been one the first Lotus Grand Prix driver ever giving his debut in the top class of motorracing at the 1957 Monaco Grand Prix. At the end of 1959 Hill switched to B.R.M. for the next 7 years, frustrated by so many broken suspensions at Team Lotus. For 1967 Hill returned to them as an equal number 1 driver to Jim Clark. After Clark´s tragic death at a Hockenheim Formula 2 race at the beginning of 1968, Hill became Team Lotus` leading driver winning his second worldchampion at the end of the year.
