1947 - 1953: 2000 cc normally-aspirated engines or 500 cc compressor/turbocharger
1957 - 1960: 1500 cc normally-aspirated engines
1964-1966: 1000 cc normally-aspirated engine
1967 - 1971: 1600 cc normally-aspirated engines, block production based (5000 units per year), maximum 6 cylinders
1972: 2000 cc normally-aspirated engines, block production based (1000 units per year), maximum 6 cylinders
1973 - 1975: 2000 cc normally-aspirated engines, block production based (100 per year), maximum 6 cylinders
1976 - 1984: 2000 cc normally-aspirated engines only for racing purpose, maximum 12 cylinders
